At St Giles Veterinary Centre, we believe every pet deserves compassionate, personalised care. Established by the Linnell family in 2015, our independent, family-run practice was created to provide exceptional veterinary care for the local community while supporting the rescue animals cared for at St Giles Animal Centre.

Our experienced team cares for both family pets and the many rescue animals living on-site, giving us extensive hands-on experience with animals of all ages, breeds and medical needs. Whether your pet is visiting for preventative healthcare, diagnostics, surgery or ongoing treatment, they will be cared for with the same compassion and dedication we give to our own animals.

Leading our clinical team is Sarah Bernasconi, our Clinical Director and full-time veterinary surgeon. With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for animal welfare, Sarah is committed to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care while building trusted relationships with every client. She takes the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly and ensure each pet receives the individual attention they deserve.

Our modern veterinary centre is fully equipped with advanced surgical facilities, digital X-ray, ultrasound and in-house diagnostic equipment, enabling us to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and surgical conditions on-site. We also provide secure, comfortable inpatient accommodation with dedicated nursing care, ensuring every patient receives the attention and monitoring they need throughout their stay.

As an independent family business, we are proud to offer honest advice, exceptional clinical care and a welcoming, friendly environment. Since opening our doors, our mission has remained the same: to provide outstanding veterinary care for the pets of our local community while helping the rescue animals that call St Giles home.

“The care and compassion shown by everyone at St Giles has been exceptional. The team always goes above and beyond, and we wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.” – Recent client review
