Dizzy is such a sweetie, she is a retired racing greyhound who is looking for a home with owners who can give her the love and attention she hasn’t had before.
She has always been kept in a kennel and has never had a place to call home or a comfy sofa to lie on, and we would love to find her an owner who could provide this for her. Dizzy is an affectionate girl who enjoys human attention and loves being made a fuss of. Treats are her favourite thing and she will give you the puppy-dog eyes if you have any to share with her.
Dizzy loves going out in the paddocks to do zoomies and play with any toys she can find. She could live with another dog after suitable introductions at the Centre as she enjoys the company of other dogs of a similar size to her but, due to her background, she is not suitable to be homed with small dogs or cats.
We are unsure if she could live with children, but based off our assessments she could live with children of 10+ years after suitable meets at the Centre. Dizzy does have a high prey drive and will need to be muzzled when outside on walks, unless she is in a secure area.
